Mens Journal
Thanks to whatever F3 guy from Morehead that left his Mens Journal by the Dunes Club pool, I had some new material to use for the Chicken Shack. Bands are new to me, like I never used them until we started this in Beaufort. After reading a highly interesting article...
Tires, Sand, and Coupons – Slick Cam
With summer in full season and the collective attention of our local PAX somewhat scattered between boating, diving, surfing, volleyball, fishing, and a general tendency to play too hard on a Friday night you never know what the morning will bring when rolling up to...
Bands played the sound of freedom
Immigrant asked a few weeks ago for YHC to Q the bands while on vacation and of course I said yes. Once home I began to think well what in the world can we do with bands. This is a workout that I have posted at on 1 occasion but didn’t have the memory of a whole...
WHAT WILL HE THINK OF NEXT?
YHC thought he would arrive early and do some scouting for the workout. I couldn’t beat Blart who was turning the lights on for us at the tennis courts. The rest of the PAX rolled in and the 5 minute countdown began. We were happy to see Squid join the ranks. YHC...
Griswold loses his shorts
I laid out of Buttoncap’s FOD workout earlier in the day on purpose knowing I had a ton of manual labor ahead of me the rest of the weekend. I also didn’t want to short change any of the PAX by having an hour long walk. I rolled up a few minutes early to find Subway...
Making Carterico Great Again
YHC took over the reigns of the tablesetter as site Q this am. Having been a site Q of another site from "OFF" YHC is not attempting to change much here in Carterico. There is nothing that needs to be made great again in Carterico. Cartericans embrace all three F's...

Kettle Bells at the Club
Meet and Greet - 5 minute and 1 minute warnings were given. The meaning of F3, mission statement, disclaimers, and 5 Core principles were given flawlessly by myself to both the HINs and Kettle Bellers. Warmarama:Leadership was then given to @madoff who led us from the...
There is grass in Beaufort
YHC has the Q today and was not sure what I wanted today and then I got a text from ol Jang that said, y’all ever meet over at Beaufort Middle school??? Grass there. That was all I needed and I had the workout planned. As I ran back from the field after setting cones...
THE HASHMARK
Started out on the way to the AO my head was spinning on which way to go as I have only been to the Hashmark a hand full of times. With a few F3 brothers already on site when YHC arrived I decided to work with the lay of the land I knew . 5 minutes ,3 min, 1 min...
Bittersweet morning at the RS
The Lord blessed us with another gorgeous Carterico morning! With turning over the rolling stone site Q flag to Snooki today, it was a bittersweet morning for me. A year ago, YHC had only been doing F3 for a few weeks when I got a direct message from Laettner. It...
