Thanks to whatever F3 guy from Morehead that left his Mens Journal by the Dunes Club pool, I had some new material to use for the Chicken Shack.  Bands are new to me, like I never used them until we started this in Beaufort. After reading a highly interesting article between bloody marys I felt confident that we were doing most exercises correctly even according to the slightly bent elbow of Flipova.  With a small contingent we began with a quick warm up and stretch around the flagpole at the Maritime Museum then back to the courtyard still draped with Christmas lights to begin.

1 minute jumping rope

Followed by a short hop over near the Royal James to do

20xlateral arm raises

20xsquat/shoulder presses (think Superman taking off)

We would go on to complete this circuit twice and with a little extra time on to the boardwalk to expand our band resume with a standing lateral twist going both directions and a plank extending opposite arms and legs with bands connected and somehow not snapping anyone in the balls.
