Decided to do my “travel workout” due to lack of preparation…
Warm-a-rama:
- side straddle hop X 25
- Sun gods x 10 each direction
- Cotton pickers x20
The Thang:
- Run 5 minutes
- 10 Burpees
- 20 squats
- 20 lunges right leg
- 20 lunges left leg
- 20 merkins
- 20 Rocky Balboas right arm
- 20 Rock Balboas left arm
- 1 minute of plank
Repeated the above 5 times for a total of:
- 25 minutes of running
- 50 burpees
- 100 squats
- 100 lunges on each leg
- 100 merkins
- 100 Rocky Balboas each arm
- 5 minutes of plank
