Decided to do my “travel workout” due to lack of preparation…

Warm-a-rama:

  • side straddle hop X 25
  • Sun gods x 10 each direction
  • Cotton pickers x20

The Thang:

  • Run 5 minutes
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 squats
  • 20 lunges right leg
  • 20 lunges left leg
  • 20 merkins
  • 20 Rocky Balboas right arm
  • 20 Rock Balboas left arm
  • 1 minute of plank

Repeated the above 5 times for a total of:

  • 25 minutes of running
  • 50 burpees
  • 100 squats
  • 100 lunges on each leg
  • 100 merkins
  • 100 Rocky Balboas each arm
  • 5 minutes of plank
