Mysterious Crop Circles and Birdman the Crop Duster
YHC arrived early to check out some new facets of the AO and get the old joints lubed up. Needless to say there were already a few of the regulars out on standard (Purplerain, Griswold, Maytag, Dollywood) and KFC was there chomping at the bit for some action. By the...
Fairway Suicides
The HIN is getting darker by the minute causing YHC to rethink how soon he would lead the pax down the course. After a perfect intro and some shared quality time with the kettle ballers the HIN crew headed to the driving range tee box for some countdowns. We...

Newport Tales at The Knarr
Wow what a light show looking off to the East and North, sure hope those men at the Bands and Table don't get struck by any of that brilliant light. Off to the Knarr. I contacted Pasqually last night hoping to snag the Q for the Knarr from him this morning. He was...
No rain, but plenty of pain
PAX: Duck Butter, Nipple Shot, My T Sharp, Blue Cross, Ricardo, Gobbler, Wilson, The Mooch With Villa taking care of more pressing matters, YHC had an opportunity to substi-q, if you will. Some of you may have noticed the Duckster being absent for most of the...
Finally, A Clear Monday Morning
A non-rainy Monday morning greeted the PAX as we gathered at Big Rock Landing for another F3 workout. As we patiently waited for Flipova to bring the bands, YHC began giving out warnings of 5, 4, 3, bands arrive on time, 1 minute to go. Mission statement and...
HERO P/SLICK CAM BB 8.11.18
80 yards at a time, max. That was the promise. YHC was thinking that would keep us fresh enough to still run a 5K at a decent pace. YHC was wrong. Very wrong. Notably missing from the pax this morning were Lassie, Steamer, Au Jus and Jang. They were in town because...
ATM Field Trip!!!
YHC has been humbled over and over with this great group. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting weaker then I step back and watch, the PAX are getting stronger and wiser. LunchBox was a machine this week, paced himself and was a Steady Eddie right to the hard stop on his...
I don’t do that.
YHC knew the mostly geriatric, soft handed and bad backed gazelles had planned a long gallop on the beach for the dingbatter and since it seems everyone wants to run 10 mi. a day in Carterico these days, he was worried there would be no real PAX left to roll in the...
Crabby Takes on the Slick Cam with a compass
YHC received a request from the Site Q to Q the seasonal AO of the Slick Cam. YHC accepted the challenge. YHC went to the F3 website to review the exercises and look for inspiration to lead the pax. I made some notes of things that caught my interest and deemed my...
STAMPEDE BB 8.10.18
Some ran 4, some ran 5 and a select few (or maybe just one, Deebo?) ran 6. There was no breeze at all. Big Mic took us out with a great prayer. As always, it was an honor to lead. -Gertrude P.S. Here is one of my favorite scenes from one of my favorite shows . . ....
3 yrs strong
Well being the this OG would accomplish his 3 year with the Pax of Carterico, he thought only appropriate to take the Q from Blart. Blart was also enthused about sharing the Q and gave YHCa HC. Well HC must not mean the same thing to Blart YHC and his house guest...
Rucky Duck
No better way to start the day and A great way to kick off the weekend. Spending it with my F3 respect brothers was awesome. You can always learn something from an Old Guy. Go find one and tslk to him! 4 dedicated men gathered and rucked east for 25 minuets made the...
