The HIN is getting darker by the minute causing YHC to rethink how soon he would lead the pax down the course.  After a perfect  intro and some shared quality time with the kettle ballers the HIN crew headed to the driving range tee box for some countdowns.  We started with a countdown of 5 burpees before running to the other end of the tee box and doing 4 and so on.  Next we did a countdown of 5 hand release merkins and the WW1’s.  From there to the 1st fairway is where we went for a merkin suicide going back and forth down the fairway stopping to do 30,  20, and 10 merkins.  to number 2 for a WW1 suicide and then to number 3 for a peter parker suicide.

Getting close to stopping time we started a mosey back to the flag with a variety of stretches along the way.

Back at the flag we announced tomorrow’s workouts and closed in the Lord’s Prayer.
