With Ricardo still fighting the cough due to cold, YHC agreed to the Q this morning.  Seeing that Griswold and Ronnie B., both Knarr, regulars were themselves Q ing today I wasn’t sure how many Pax would show today.  Blart’s HC last night gave me the assurance that at least I’d have one present.  I was glad to see Buckeye, Plunger, and Birdman show and with that we had 2 minutes and 1 minute warnings followed by the disclaimer. At this point the Kiwi mobile rolled in on two wheels and we now had even numbers for partner work.  We moseyed to the stop sign for some warmarama.

Warmarama: Sun gods x 10 IC forward and reverse, cotton pickers x 10 IC, SSH x 20 IC, Hillbillies x 10 IC.  Now for the thang.

The Thang: We would mosey from the stop sign around the loop past the hospice house and to old 70, stopping at each corner, and halfway through for the following:

Merkins x 5, Wojo squats x 10, Plankjacks x 15, and LBC x 20. Each PAX took a turn leading the full menu of exercises at one of the stops. 8 stops in all and we were back to the service road stop sign. Now find a partner. I stole this from Navy at the Swash last week so here we go. Partner A starts the called exercise and does AMRAP while partner B runs to the next light pole. Once partner B arrives he begins the same exercise AMRAP until partner A gets there to tap him out. This continued all the way to Roberts road doing burpees, squats, lunges, merkins,Carolina dry docks, burpees again, etc.. To the PAX delight, especially Blart, YHC called for a rinse and repeat but with a twist for breather. We would do various planks at each pole all the way back, standard plank, low plank, left arm up, right arm up, reverse plank, etc. From last pole to stop sign Lt. Dan. From stop sign back to amphitheater wall we would do mosey half way at 50% and the last half at 75%. Now for some Griss walls x 10 IC followed by peoples chair with 5 air presses per man x 5, rinse and repeat. To the flag for 2 minutes of Mary.

Mary: American hammer IC, dying cockroach IX and various angles or protractor for a hard stop at 6:15.

Announcements for various exercise options tomorrow and Kiwi led us out in prayer.
