Wet or Sweat?

Picking up Poca this morning put us at the AO very early.  So YHC took a quick run over to make sure my plan would be able to be done with all the standing water.  Once YHC came back to the flag the pax started rolling in.  It has been a while since YHC has had this many pax to control.  Considering Burgundy was there it was in the back of my mind how much mumble will I get today?  Challenge accepted and it was a 3 minute 1 minute warning, here comes the Anchor Ball men to join us.  Denver and YHC had discussed if he had less then 5 he would join us.  Once the Anchor joined, it was a hard start.  Mosey on around the Tree of Life and start the Warmarama.

15 IC SSH, 10 IC Abe Vigodas, 15 IC Hillbillies, Left over right, Right over left 10 counts

Off we roll for the rack and stack within a rack and stack unstack unstack.  Say that 5 times fast………..

• On our Mosey to the basketball courts we stopped for 5 SC Merkins, 10 IC Mountain climbers, 15 Copperhead squats stacking each time

Once we hit the basketball court the pax lined up along the line for : rack it stack it and unstack it

• 10 IC LBC’s , 20 IC Low slow flutters, 30 IC Hello Dollies (much mumble), 40 SC Squats  Cleansing lap in between stacks.

Now that YHC had the pax abs and legs beat up we would make our way back to the flag and unstack the original Merkins, Mountain climbers, and Copperhead squats.  Once back to the flag the pax headed over to the picnic tables.  Apparently you can’t call it a pavilion because that is toooooooooo high class.

• Working our way down from 20, 15,10, 5 doing Dips SC, Erkins SC, Step ups IC

Yum that was fun.  feeling good about the work the pax were doing YHC called for 5 more Merkins SC then an OYO run to the far end of the parking lot by the basketball courts and back.  Now for a broga MARY.

Some good stretching was had by all and all had some good stretching.   Announcements on tomorrow’s Q’s.  Prayer concerns for Lassie’s family, Madoffs friend in stage four in Hospice, Laettners M and family, and all the unspoken.  Ronnie B took us out in a great prayer reaching out to each and everyone of us present to help in every way to those in need.  Nice work RB.
