A strong Pax awaited as Aflac and I arrived at Shevans Park this morning. Au Jus chose to steal the Site Q flag and take it to Tarheel land for their workout today. However, the former site Q Aflac came strong with a shovel flag for us! 22 or so men were ready to get this week off to a strong start. Although Gilligan tried his hardest to send Butt Fumble to the Sanitary, he was present with us and ready to roll. Au Jus has ran us from Sanitary to Shevans the last 2 Mondays for pull ups, so YHC figured today was a good time switch that up. Pax was disclaimer and we moseyed to the Episcopal Church for a quick warm-up.

Warm ups exercised consisted of SSH, Cotton pickers, Windmill, Hillbillys, Hamstring stretch, Down Dog and Hand Rel Merkins.

Mosey back across the bridge with time slipping away fast. 2 line Indian run down Evans for several blocks. 1 stop for some planking. 3 blocks back to Shevans at your own pace. 0615 hard Stop!

Friar Tuck and Cock Swain meet up with us at this point for Name a rama. Great to have Butt Fumble with us this moring. He was called upon to take the Pax out in prayer.
