One of the hopes of the placement of the Dingbatter is to be visible to potentially EH men, whether Dingbatters or locals. This morning was a success in that area as a man Griswold has been EH’ing for over a year stumbled upon us and decided (with some encouragement after his run) to jump in and finish the workout. Quite honestly, THAT my friends, is what it’s all about!

Quick Warmarama for the guys who didn’t want to pull the double post this morning of Sungods, Good Mornings, Windmills and Imperial Walkers. T-Claps to ole Buttoncap who went into beast mode this week posting 7 times in 6 days. You da man sir! Indian Run over to the shelter passing a kettlebell back and forth along the way and keeping the shovel flag up front.

Over to the Volleyball Court for a smorgasbord of fun. PAX split on both sides and began a cycle of tossing the Kettlebell as far as possible over net, then running a lap around the volleyball court and performing the called exercise before taking a turn again. This was pretty cool! 2 rounds of Merkins x 10, 3 rounds of Squats x 10, 3 rounds of Burpees x 5. Ennis must have had a late night after his graduation as he attempted multiple times to absolutely tear down the net. You’ll get strong like your dad bro! Keep working!

Back to the shelter for Box Jumps x 25 and then Box Jumps x 25. It was at this time that the FNG came up on us and decided to join in on the fun! Mosey over to the beach to line up a couple of feet away from each other, with the first man box jumping over each man, cycling through until the water was reached. Monkey Humpers were performed which caused mixed reviews from the surrounding beach goers. One lady decided to omaha her position to which we then began to Indian Run her way for a half mile or so.

Partner up for a partner carry. About 30-40 steps and then switch. Burpees were done with some more Monkey Humpers and then it was time for another partner carry towards the way we came. A group mosey back to the starting point where YHC instructed it was time to get in the water.

Low Slow Flutters while getting slammed by the waves IC x 25, Squats, Burpees, and other fun stuff. Then partner back up for 2 rounds of 10 Burpees, a run up the steps, back down the ramp, to the water. Soft sand always always always sucks! The PAX were to stay together with their partner to encourage. Great job by them!

After some refreshing times in the water, a few sprints and back pedaling and then time to grab our stuff and get washed off before the mosey back to the Shovel Flag. Griswold never sweated one time, as he ran 34 miles doing bridge repeats before the Dingbatter ever began. Maytag was a great partner, and Navy pushed through some pain that he was experiencing. The young bucks may not be able to throw a kb, but Putin and Ennis sure can run. Cooter may be the quietest in shape PAX on the western side and Birdman was solid as usual. And our FNG seemed to enjoy things and promised to be back. That made it all worth it!

Back to the Shovel Flag for a Hard Stop. 10 PAX total. FNG named Boil.

Prayer for Blarts M, the Grads, 2.0’s heading off to camps and I’m sure needs that weren’t spoken. I head out for a couple of weeks in the morning for Church Camp. Always miss F3 when I’m gone! YHC took the PAX out in prayer. Thanks for letting me lead Navy! It was my pleasure to do so!
