6 basic Exercises. (Kettlebell Hand to Hand Swing, Kettlebell bent row Right & Left, Kettlebell overhead press Right & Left, Kettlebell curl Right & Left, Kettlebell copper head squat, Kettlebell WWI with an overhead press)
8 reps and then 10 reps
Then a long mosey keeping the entire pax together.
12 reps and long mosey keeping the entire pax together.
About midway through the mosey doublemint began tossing Bojangles on the sidewalk.
The rest of us continued on to our kettlebells for
14 reps and then 8 reps and then an extended mosey back to our vehicles.
