Twas a bit chilly this morning, but still, Princess had the table set and ready for the after party, thank you friend. So off we went to the track for the backward mile, Pax gathered at corner #1:

16 each -WW1’s starting in the up position, the Q called “down” in a not so orderly fashion. MERKINS in the down position, holding plank until “up” was called, when YHC was good and ready. SQUATS starting in the down position, PurpleRain didn’t know he could get that low, until the QIC called “up”, which was promoting much better form.

Mosey and/or sprint to the next corner, clockwise for 15 each, 14, 13, you get the idea. On the 3rd lap the pax executed the 9 +1, then 8+2, 7+3, 6+4. Then for the 5’s we did IC to complete the round with a total of 140 reps each exercise. a mosey/sprint back to the flag to complete the mile.

I can’t say it was my best work, but after coughing crud for 2 weeks now, YHC was just happy to get ‘er done and didn’t want to let Princess down. Much respect friend, you put on a great show, and always have a smile to go with it. After much debating, we named Ponch’s 2.0 Banana, you had to be there… With no hesitation, Kiwi was on the spot to bring us out in prayer, thank you.
