YHC purposely chose the day after the fourth to avoid being over-served mid-week in order to be of good mind and spirit to complete this F3 workout and all of the “to do” list items prior to upcoming vacation. YHC did not anticipate oversleeping the 4:45 am alarm and waking up late to the scratching paws of Bo the dog anxiously wanting to go outside for his morning health break! Dog’s rule!!! Saved from the ultimate Q embarrassment of a “no show”! It’s Bo time….let’s roll!! YHC rolled in hot at the Dock House only to find no PAX, nada, nutin’, nobody….guess I shoulda brought Bo for his good deed and to represent the PAX!! What happened to all of those HC’s from last night….must have been that celebratory spirit from all the local fireworks displays or spirit from all the bottled “spirits”! YHC decides to get on with it and push through this morning’s plan……stepping from the truck at 5:28 or so and low and behold here they come from east’ard and west’ard! The July 4th mumble chatter abounds with talk of fartsacking, brawls at Wade Shores, cold beverages still on hand in the Z71’s, and on and on and on. So YHC decides hard start, let’s mosey, and dispenses a very quick mission statement/disclaimer on the mosey to the Maritime Museum!

Dock House Park: Dips x 20 SC, Erkins x 20 SC, Dips x 20 SC, Step-ups x 20 IC, Derkins x 20 SC and off on a mosey to Tweed’s Marina for some Concrete Paver Powerlifting…

Tweed’s Marina: Grab your favorite Paver, Bicep Curls x 20 SC, Overhead Press x 20 SC, Triceps Ext x 20 SC, Wonderbra x 15 IC, rinse and repeat the round and off for a brief mosey to the Bft Town Hall for some wall work.

Bft Town Hall: People’s Chair x 20 SC each PAX while Air Pressing the entire round….grumbles, grumbles!          

Mosey back to Dock House for Mary: LBC x 20 IC, Low Slow Flutter x 20 IC, Boss Tweeds x 20 IC, and Hard Stop is declared on this glorious and humid morn!!

Announcements, mumble chatter return, and prayer requests. COT: Puddles stepped up and took us out in thoughtful and humble prayer, thanks my Respect Club friend!

As is the case when leading such a fine and dedicated group of men, YHC was truly honored and humbled as each man did his very best to get stronger!! Having just celebrated our country’s independence and rise to the great Nation we are today, this F3 group also reminds YHC all the more how we celebrate our own independence from the norm with each post and attempt to be better each and every day!!
