YHC was humbled to Q the last Dingbatter.  Thanks for the chance @Navy.  I wanted to make it special so this is what we did.

partner up and introduce coupons

short mosey to beach with coupons in hand with partner

1   11s for star jumps and burpees

Maytag led 1 excersize to allow Q to locate cones 7 in all 10 yrds apart

2   Dora  partner 1 bear crawls to 1st cone dragging coupon in the sand and mosey back

Partner 2 Exercise 50 merkins

100 bobby hurleys

150 american hammers

200 squats

3   the horseshoe rack and stack

exercise- imperial walkers, diamond merkins, lt. dan

run into water chest deep and return

At that point my watch was running 7 min behind and was alerted to hard stop being at exactly 8am.  We picked up an FNG along our 1st exercise and he continued throughout entire workout.  Time for namarama and Q got hijacked by FNG. It was wonderful.  He closed us in prayer and some continued to coffee after the workout.  The coupons were 8x8x16 cinder blocks.
