It was a big day, so much to be thankful and celebrate on the day I celebrate my 2nd anniversary but even more important though it is the 2nd anniversary of the day F3carterico blessed us with F3 in our end of the county.  I was hoping for a big showing and I was not disappointed.  Many of my closest workout bros were there including a few MHC guys, thanks for coming Denver, Rooney, and Frosted.

started with short warm up and then we were off.  The workout consisted of a stroll around the park with a rack and stack to include 10 of each: merkins, LBCs, Diamonds, squats, doublewides, flutters, Carolina drydocks.

we were now on the far soccer field and time for a little DORA. 50 hand release merkins, 100 LBCs, 200 SSH.  It was about this time that things started to get quiet.  That always gives a Q some joy, when the mumble starts to slowly stop, a little confirmation things are going pretty good.  Believe it or not I even managed to work them hard enough that even skid mark was quiet.

‘We moved to the tennis courts for some bttw and people’s chair.  Mosey to the flag and then PAX choice.

at this point it was time to celebrate the life of Rile Howell.  The young man that gave his life to save others in the UNCC shooting.  During every tragedy God finds a way to show himself and this one was no exception and F3nation would celebrate his life with 21 merkins.  I thought how best to do this and realized we needed to reflect on all the wonderful things God has done for us.  Each PAX would call 1 burpee for Riley and tell 1 thing they are thankful for.

We had a few minutes left but did not know a better way to end so HS at 7:57.

announcements, and my brother Laettner let us out in prayer.

MOLESKIN: what a privilege to lead these men today and play some role in helping our little group grow both in size and closeness.  It made my day so special that Laettner was able to make it.  He is so instrumental in The founding of our little group, it has been a joy getting to know you, thx for your example.  I look forward to seeing where God takes us in the future.
