Beautiful Day at the Wrapper!

YHC loves to Q at the Mullet Wrapper. With so many possibilities, it makes workouts easy to plan. Especially, when you have a beautiful morning as we did. The weather was perfect for a workout so I was excited. The PAX start rolling in,  always great to see our loyal PAX like Cheech, Navy, Dash 8, Frank and Beans and Dumpster dog. And, glad to see that Linus and Billie Jean have started becoming regulars at the Wrapper as well. But it’s really great when you have visiting packs like Byrider from F3greensboro and Halftime who drove from Jville to support us. Hard Start! Mission statement and disclaimer were stated.

WARM A RAMA

Cotton Pickers IC x15, Hillbillies IC x15, Sungods IC x10 forward & reverse, Mosey around the park while performing 5 Merkins every 25 to 30 yards. Windmill IC x10, sungods with added cherry pickers and finished our Merkin Mosey.

THE THANG

We made it to the back parking lot for “Land and Sea.”  Bear crawl to the third tree, 20 LBCs.  Crab crawl to the next set of trees, 20 LBCs,  Bear crawl to the light pole, 20 LBCs. Rinse and repeat! Quick mosey to the picnic tables, time for DD University. After all, it is Dumpster Dawg’s site! Two rounds of Dips and Erkins x20. Mosey to the basketball court.

Princess Tea Party – Pattycake Merkins x15 into back to back People’s Chair with added air presses x15 with a partner. We completed three rounds unstacking 5 reps per round.  Mosey to the tennis courts.

Dora Suicides – Partner 1 would begin doing suicides on the tennis court while partner 2 began exercises on the end and switch.  We completed 3 rounds performing WW1s, Mountain Climbers and LBCs.  We took a break up against the fence for some Wall Worms x3 rounds. Back to the suicides x3 more rounds. Quick mosey back to the flag for a Mary. Box Cutters x15 and X Files x10, Hard Stop!  Fantastic job gents!!!

Count a Rama, Name a Rama,  announcements about the F3 party on the 29th and the relaunch of the Dingbatter for tomorrow with Navy Qing.  Prayer request were taken for Laettner‘s M, Dash 8’s 2.0, Our F3 brother Gilligan and Byrider’s mom who is just beginning her fight with cancer. Frank and Beans lead us in a wonderful prayer, thanks buddy!

What a beautiful morning and a strong group of PAX to kick off a beautiful weekend ahead.  I am truly honored to lead this group of men.  Thanks for trusting me with the keys to the Mullet Wrapper Dumpster Dawg!  I’ll end with a shout out to Bayrider for posting with us all week.
