This was a morning i had been preparing for, for the better part of a week. When the alarm went off, I couldn’t remember what I was supposed to be doing. The dog looked at me in anticipation of going outside and the wife just grunted as it was 0430. Bypassed the snooze button and got a quick cup of coffee to wake up. Readied myself, grabbed my list for the Thang and headed to CCC. Men started rolling in as I surveyed my surroundings in preparation of my Virgin Q. The PAX came together with a mix of HIN and Kettlebellers. 5, 3, and 1 minute warnings given. Monkey Wrench asked if I wanted to give the mission statement and such. I accepted nervously, but feel I belted it out pretty well for a first timer. HIN separated from us to go do what they do and the rest of us moseyed.

It was truly an honor to lead the men on this exceptionally mild morning. Their support during my Q was amazing, which goes without saying for a group such fine leaders and men. I look forward to my next opportunity to lead The PAX!
