Google maps doesn’t always do the site justice when you are trying to figure things out. YHC couldn’t tell how many light poles there were down the road to nowhere. Once on site a quick drive down the road and back to make sure I don’t have to do a pAsqually and make stuff up. I could see Monkey wrench already there and looked like Ricardo right after. YHC rolled into the parking lot and was greeted by the Godfather of the Knarr, the one and only Blart. He was the originator of the Knarr that started many moons agos. T-claps for his forward thinking. 3 minutes given when Kiwi joined the group and we all wondered what happened to make him get here so early. A fine group of 7 men joined YHC as the 3 F’s and mission statement were given and some half hearted disclaimer.

WARM-A-RAMA

Mosey around the parking lot toward the fields and up the middle of the parking lot by the flag. Princess was quick to point out it was quicker to cut across the grass but that’s not the point. SSH’s x 15 IC, Sun Gods x 10 IC each way and Cotton Pickers x 10 IC. Mosey to the intersection leading out to the road. Windmills x 10 IC, Imperial Walkers x 10 IC and a series of stretch moves.

THE THANG

Start at the beginning of the road no one uses until we use it. PAX will stay together the entire time. We will run to the first pole and do an exercise. We will add an exercise and a 5 count at each pole. Run to 1st pole 5 squats, Run to 2nd 10 Low Slow Flutters & Squats, Run to 3rd 15 Alternating Shoulder Taps, LSF’s and Squats, Run to 4th pole SSH’s x 20, AST’s, LSF’s and Squats, Run to the 5th 25 Boss Tweeds, SSH’s, AST’s, LSF’s and Squats, Run to the 6th pole 30 Merkins, Boss Tweeds, SSH’s, AST’s, LSF’s and Squats. Run to the last pole and the Q announced Burpees. oh the moaning from the PAX but quickly gave the 5 OYO. PAX would then line up and spring t back down the road stopping at every other pole and do 10 of each exercise. The PAX made 3 stops and we had to Omaha the last to get back to the flag for a Hard Stop.
