• When: 07-31-2018
  • Workout Style: Boot Camp
  • QIC: Misty
  • PAX: Jang, Steamer, Bayliner, Pasqually, Squid, Gertrude, Deebo, Big Mic, Belly Flop.
  • AO: Back Blasts

Considering the conditions facing the PAX for the past two weeks we have been fortunate to find the windows necessary to get most of our workouts in within the interruption of considerable rain, thunder, and lightning…in most cases.  Today was an improvement as the stars were actually shining, yet the moisture in the air was as thick as if it was falling from the sky.  The standard rolled out as usual, 0505, with a solo participant…Deuce begged out the day before apparently dry needling is his secret to his strength, yet it requires a 24 hour hiatus to gain full strength?  I’ll have to ask Flip about that one!  Rolling back to the West Carteret Parking lot the crew was slowly assembling, stretching, and grumbling…our stragglers came rolling in as usual, Deebo and Pasqually cutting it beyond tight!

Away we go with a team of grisly veterans on another Dreadnought.

Mosey around the Football Field to a spongy stop at the Band Field.

Feet wet and sweat pumping we moved onward to the parking lot at Glad Tidings…lining up on the perpendicular lines within the parking spaces.

Working to 6 Spider Merkins and 1 Plank Jack

Onward we go, mostly to appease our long lost brother Belly Flop who felt our current level of perspiration was not sufficient to match the Sports Center.

Moving quickly now we made our way to the first bridge just beyond the hill on the Bike Path.
