summer is here…

After posting the Preblast, YHQ checked the weather forecast.  Carterican heat and humidity would arrive just in time for this edition of the infamous Clamdigger.  Eager to see who else would show and ready to get back in action after a few days away, YHQ was happy to see WiFi back from overseas, Graco in the shortest shorts known to man, a rapidly thinning Livermush and none other than the king of Beaufort, Boss Tweed cruising in with minutes to spare.  Disclaimer disclaimed, Mission statement stated (noted that what we use is not exactly what is in the book) and we were off to Finz.

DORA – partnered up.  One partner runs half the bridge and back while the other partner tries to complete the exercise:

200 Squats (RESPECT Squad finished first)

200 Dips (RESPECT Squad finished first again)

200 Urkins (RESPECT Squad still finished first)

RESPECT Squad was strong this morning.  However there will be no judgement/commentary as to the exact form used to complete each exercise.  Nice work gentlemen, really.

Moseyed back to the Dockhouse parking lot.  Bunion on Chicken Shack.  Winnie has a busted foot.  Livermush took us out in BOM.

2.3 miles, pretty good on our first hot and humid day, for the Beaufort crowd.  T-claps to Livermush, he hung in there the whole time.  He has been through a lot and for a long time.  It is great to witness his drive and determination to get better.  It shows.  He’s getting stronger and increasing his endurance every day.  Hell yeah ‘Mush.  Purdy work son.
