A nice cool morning was had at the Court with a few pleasantries and disclaimers we were off to the upper parking lot for

SSH x 15

Windmills x 15

Stretches x 10

Burpies x 5

 

Next we split into 1’s and 2’s to run as groups in opposite directions around the baseball field and when each man met from the opposing groups they each did a burpee.

Back to the wall for a three count BTW then 1’s ran straight across Rotary to the wooden fence stopping to do 10 merkins halfway across.  2’s did an indian run to the other side.

5 count BTW before 2’s ran straight back stopping to do 10 merkins and 1’s indian ran.  3 count BTW on baseball field fence.

Next to the soccer field where 1’s pushed a partner in the wheel barrow across the long end of the field while the rest of the 1’s ran and did 10 merkins/10lbc’s. 2’s partnered and carried the log chain across the short end of the field while the rest of the 2’s ran and did 15 SSH’s and 15 Heals to Heaven.  1’s and 2’s switched after every man had a go with the wheelbarrow or chain.

Back to the upper parking lot for 3 count BTW’s before doing another lap around the baseball field with 1’s and 2’s going in opposite directions doing a burpee for every man you passed.

Back the wall for a 10 count people’s chair before 1’s ran straight across rotary doing 10 merkins halfway and 2’s indian ran.  3 count BTW on wood fence before all PAX ran straight back to Flag stopping to do 10 merkins halfway.
