Return of the Living Dead

YHC arrived on a glorious morning at the docks in ” Old Fishtowne”! There was a lot of chatter surrounding the potential siting of the “living” possibly “deadbeat” …just kidding Goob and Slippen….early Beaufort F 3’ers Goober and Slippen Jimmy. Seems there was a lot of side betting going on as to whether they would show up. Twitty,Bunion, and maybe others seems to be mighty giddy as Cotanza showed up…coming in  hot. Seems he bet on the wrong side…but YHC had exercise on his mind and had no time for such shenanigans.

It was great to have our lost brethren there along with all of the Beaufort regulars. Yes that also includes Puddles and Madoff!

IT WAS IN FACT MADOFF’S 1st post as a RESPECT F 3’er!!!!

After the disclosure and other formalities, the Pax moseyed down to the Maritime Museum. Warmarama was performed over the great Compass Rose. Surprisingly, everyone remembered most of the exercises but the Chinooks had the “dead” confused.

An Indian Run down to the circle at the end if Front St was just the thang to squelch some of the mumble chatter. Winnie the Pooh always excels at this…..Great push. Costanza was eager for a beat down. Started a ladder with 10  Hand Release Merkins, 10 Plank Jacks, 10 Mountain Climbers. Added 10 for the next 2 block segment with the gazelles Graco, Twitty and Bunion running ahead and bringing in the 6 on each leg

We continued down to to the Bank.

Then we ran down the street….Hell it’s been so long I can’t remember it all….Respect…Respect…What you say Puddles’s and WiFi?

Went to town dock and did some LBC’s Erkins….to the bench…Dips and then to BB&T parking lot…Livermush led the charge for some exercises….anyone remember???

Back to the lot for a short Mary. YHC took us out.
