Pulled into the Swansboro Municipal Park’s freshly rained upon parking lot 20 mins early to scout the terrain.  Nothing much had changed from the night before so YHC decided to stick with the original Wienke.  Nothing left to do now but wait for the PAX.  Princess was first to arrive, then Cooter, Purple Rain, Griswold, and Linus.  5 minutes before Hard Start and Dollywood along with Maytag come out of nowhere.  30 seconds left and in comes Navy hotter than a Carolina Reaper Pepper!

With the PAX around me, YHC issued a flawless mission statement and disclaimer.  Thus, our adventure of new moves begins:

Bataan Death March

2 laps (.5 mile ea.) around the park single file with last man performing 5 hand release Burpees (Hurpees) and sprinting to catch the PAX train.

Four Corners of 2 combined Tennis Courts

corner 1 = Hurpees IC x 10 then Bear Crawl to:

corner 2 = James Bond 10 sec count ea. position with 15 Merkins midway to:

corner 3 = Ballerinas (toe squats) IC x 10 then Bear Crawl to:

corner 4 = Bay City Scissors (vertical) IC x 10  (parallel) IC x 10

Mosey to the Basketball court for:

Bleacher Derkins =  x 20

Bleacher Carolina Dry Docks =  x 20

Half Court Side Shuffles = OYO x 5

Mosey to parking lot for Mary

Hammers = IC x 15

Heel Touches = IC x 15

Leg Lifts = IC x 15

Mountain Climbers = IC x 15 w/ plank hold at the end till Hard Stop

Announcements were made including some heartfelt words from Griswold about the positives of our workout groups.  Physically, Mentally and Spiritually.  Good stuff.  YHC took us out in prayer.  Once again I thank each and every one of you guys for the Fitness the Fellowship and the Faith.  I’m humbled to be a part of it all
