Run from pole 1 to pole 9 – 10 Burpees, 2 squats, 2 merkins 2 Dying Cockroach

Pole 9 to 2 – 9 Burpees, 4 squats, 4 merkins 4 DC

Pole 2 to 8 – 8 Burpees, 6 squats, 6 merkins, 6 DC

Pole 8 to 3 – 7 Burpees, 8 squats, 8 merkins 8 DC

Pole 3 to 7 – 6 burpees 10 squats, 10 merkins, 10 DC
