Its getting easy for ME to stay home and nurse a booboo or be lazy. Maybe its just me needing a  reset cause when i miss a morning and I hear about the fellowship I missed or a damn Tornado that I slept thru… I wanna be a part of that. When KIWI gently reminded me that I had the Q today I couldn’t beg off cause no one says no to KIWI.

Warmarama – PurpleRain was in attendance so I couldn’t stretch. Michael Phelps and Cheech girl fights till FNB rolled in and the Q took one for the team.

Mosey down Brandy Wine Blvd stopping at the light posts to pick out a high spot for 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 15 American hammers, 20 Squats – Rinse and Repeat several times to the Tennis courts for a round of Clock Merkins on the Curb, Wall Sits on the fence, then circled up for LBC, Burpees, Merkins, American Hammers, Squats and the BigSexy. …….. it was the big sexy until YHC felt violated by an overly excited princess whos idea of social distancing is a boss tweed while spooning. Had he been wearing  mask, I could have at least imagined my M but he was sans mask and I called OMAHA.

The plan was a .8 mile mosey to the Tennis courts on Bay dr across 24.  My mosey and your mosey are probably different, for one thing Ive been told I run like a sissy, no offense to sisies and secondly i’m slow, Don’t get me wrong I can go all night (not with sissies, no offense to sissies), but back to running…I m slow. Up until now we were at what I consider a Newman mosey which is to say my heart was about to burst. So being the Q I reverted back to 5 Burpees, 10 merkins, 15 American hammers and 20 Squats intermittently along the way to catch my breath. first at light pole “A” then light pole “B”

my gift was Mary on the pavement at the  Bay Dr courts instead of the 4 inch deep parkinglot , pax choice of course. Tarhole and BoPeep got jipped, you’re first next time.

2 min 45 seconds to get back to the flag, and Bobby Hurleys to burn the last minute to the hard stop. The Pledge of Allegiance, what a wonderful addition to the closing of the workout. Great to meet you lactose, and always love seeing ladyhair err shebangs. Thank you westies for the support

CP on the Dingbatter Saturday, should be Glorious. KIWI took us out in a BOM with Prayers for US as men to go out and be the best men and representatives of Christ that we can.
