Mosey around the track to the football field for Thang 1
Thang I
Run the entire football field and do 10 Merkins
When back at the end Zone 10 WW !,
Then same thing to 90 yards, 80 yards, etc….
Subtract 1 Merkin and 1 WW or every 10 yards
Mosey around the track to the fitness course for thang II
Thang II
Mountain climbers, Merkins, upside down Merkins, and Pull ups. 3 rounds.
Kept moseying around the track to the Picnic tables for Thang 3
Thang IIII
40 dips
20 Erkins
20 Step Ups.
Kept moseying along back to the start to complete lap. Then off to the wall for thang IV.
Thang IV
Peoples Chair 10 Count , Balls to the Wall 5 count followed by alternating shoulder taps. 5 count
Prayers and Announcemennts
Prayers said for many of our F3 brethren and Ms. Announcements of events to come,
KIwi as always felt led to lead us out in prayer. Superb job as always.
