• When: 07/05/19
  • Workout Style: BOOT CAMP
  • QIC: RON BURGUNDY
  • PAX: Lemon Jello, Holiday Mansion, Navy (Respect), Dash 8 (Respect)
  • AO: Back Blasts

The preblast went out and Pasqually was quick with his NC. No, not proud of his state but giving a No Chance of seeing him. Navy HC’d so I knew I wouldn’t feel like Wilson at the bands. You never know what you will get the day after a holiday. I knew to look for the flag when I YHC rolled to the AO. Cooter was helping someone from Greenville and was giving him directions to the AO and look for the flag. It;s kinda hard to see the flag when it is in the back seat of your truck at your house. Upon arrival I found Navy with Dash 8 in tow. The only issue was Dash 8 was laying on the ground lifeless as a corpse. We don’t have a disclaimer if you die before the workout and decided we would pick him up at the end of the workout. We will call it a partner carry. Dash 8 began to ask the Q a million questions like a child asking where babies come from. Are we going to run? Yes, a lot. I always say that because I really don’t know. Are we going to run on the golf course? No. Dash gave a 5 minute dissertation on why he liked running on the grass. One day when he Q’s he decide if he wants to run on the grass. Navy called him out on all his whining and Dash had nothing to say, because Navy was his ride home. 3 ,2, 1 3 F’s and a Mission statement.

ROLLING WARM-A-RAMA

Mosey halfway up the long stretch of Brandywine Blvd and stopped for SSH’s x 20, Sun Gods x 10 each way and Windmills x 10. Mosey to the main intersection where the main roads meet for Cotton Pickers x 10, Hillbillies x 10 and stretching.

THE THANG

We would attempt run the loop and get as far as we can in 22 minutes and come back. PAX would stop at every intersection and do an exercise. The exercise would rotate through the PAX and we would take turns doing no more than 15 at any stop. The start wasn’t great as we were interrupted from getting our full complement of burpees in by traffic. This was an occurring theme as we moved along. Many exercises were called and merkins seemed to be a popular choice. Out and back with a hard stop at the flag. Oh wait…no site Q, no flag.
