It had been over a week since YHC had been to a workout due to out of town commitments. Actually, this Q was one weekafter YHC 62nd birthday….to be recognized later in the workout.  A lot of the Beaufort Pax where out of town so YHC expected a low turnout….with only a few BFT quality guys. Well behold……Madoff, Poco and Duckbutter came rolling in. It meant a lot to me that these boys made it over to the Clam Digger.

After the mission statement and disclaimer we moseyed over the Maritime Museum for some stretching exercises. Then we did an Indian run down to Moore St and started the Thang

5 Burpos

5 hand release merkins

5 Mountain Climbers

5 Plank jacks

5 LBC’s

5 Squats

Ran 2 blocks and 10 of each

Down to Beaufort Inn 15 of each

To the Old Grayden Paul bridge 20 of each with some Bridge Erkins

Back to parking lot and along the way stopping 3 times for 15, 10 and 5 reps of each exercise.

Ended up with a few Mary exercises. 62 LBC’s for all YHC years.

YHC took us out and it was a true pleasure to lead.
