round 1 5 minutes
25 Bicep curls, 100 jump rope, 20 Merkins
round 2 8 minutes
10 shoulder raises each arm, 10 Burpees jumping over bands, 50 Squats
round 3
25 shoulder taps, 25 groiners, 25 star jump dropping down by 5 ending at 5 each.
Round 4
25 Merkins, 25 LBC IC dropping down to 5 merkins each ending at 5 and 25 LBC
