YHC rolled up to the court early to survey the grounds. YHC was pleased to not see any sprinklers running on the main field! The pax started to file in, I believe 4 of the 10 pax ran to the court this morning with another getting some work in before the work out. T claps men. With a bunch of seasoned vets, YHC knew he was going to have to deliver. YHC gave the disclaimer and mission statement and it was time to go.

We moseyed around the main field to the upper parking lot for Warmarama:

  • SSH x 20 IC
  • Cotton Pickers x 15 IC
  • Sun Gods forward x 15 IC
  • Sun Gods reverse x 15 IC
  • Windmill x 10 IC
  • Hand Release Merkins x 15 IC

Time for the THANG.

We moseyed from the upper parking lot to the main field. YHC had cones placed at the 25, 50, 75, 100. The exercise was to run from the goal line to the 25 and back, then perform 5 burpees and 10 merkins. Next we ran from the goal line to the 2nd cone on the 50 and run back to the 1st cone. 5 burpees and 10 merkins. We then ran to the 3rd cone & back to the 2nd. 4th cone and back to the 3rd. Each time performing the exercises. Once we reached the other goal line it was time to work our way back. The exercises this time were Peter Parker x 8 IC and LBC’s x 10 IC.

Once we reached the goal line we moseyed around the tree of life, through the trial back to the upper parking lot. YHC called out the next exercise, Balls to the Wall for a 20 count. YHC called out the next exercise, alternating shoulder taps. The pax was thrilled to hear this, especially Steamer. We did a Jack Webb of Balls to the Wall 20 count & alternating shoulder taps, starting at 4 and working our way up to 20 IC. YHC was going to stop at 16 but Lassie had been off for a while and requested that we work our muscles more. So, another round of Balls to the wall and alternating shoulder taps ensued.

After the Jack Webb we moseyed back to the main field and lined up on the sideline. Next up was a round of elevens. Starting with 1 mountain climber IC running to the other side of the field for 10 LBC’s. Back and forth we went working our way to 10 mountain climbers IC and 1 LBC.

Once this was complete we had time for a little table work. 10 dips IC. 10 derkins SC. 10 dips IC. 10 derkins SC. Time to mosey to the flag!
