10 of the finest men in the whole county gathered this morning to celebrate Lassies late night victory and help him work off the over consumption of celebratory hot chocolate! After a brilliant warmarama by the bells Q Wilson….we took off for a 1/4 mile loop mosey to the absolutely stunning sand volleyball courts installed by Deebo!
THE THING
Partner A bear crawl across/lt dan back
Partner B sprint to the tiny tree of hope and sprint back for 5 burpees.
This was repeated 5 times for total of 50 burpees.
Start the 1/4 mile loop with a stop at concrete deck overlooking the sound. 40 bench touches out of plank.
Maintain mosey back to volleyball courts
Partner A Broad Jump Burpee across/Lt Dan back
Partner B sprint to tiny tree of hope and sprint back for 10 squats
Repeated 5 times for 100 squats
Mosey to concrete deck for 40 bench touches and 40 hungarian squats
Resume moset to sand courts for 15 LBCs 10 times. Total of 150.
