What a beautiful morning in the land of Carterico!! Q called for rain in pre-blast but nothing but blue skies and deer flies!

Q gave a flawless intro advised the pax to modify the workout because it was going to be a good one!

WARMARAMA: Started the workout with a nice easy mosey to the front of the school; right of the start the mumble chatter was immense. 15 Side Straddle Hops (Pax did not like the way the Q was calling out exercises). 15 Cotton Pickers, 15 Wind Mills, 10 Burpees in hope that the Pax would calm down on the mumble chatter.

THE THANG: Mosey to the Band Practice Field; where the Pax lined up at the base line of the field. 3 tires lay in front of us each about 20 yards further than the one before. Pax did 10 Burpees at baseline, Bear Crawl to first tire (roughly 20 yds), then 20 Merkins, jog back to baseline, 10 Burpees, Bear Crawl to second tire (roughly 40 yards), 30 Squats, jog back to base line, 10 Burpees, Bear Crawl to third tire (roughly 60 yards), 40 LBC’s in cadence, jog to the baseline.

Mosey to Track

Bataan Death March: Pax lined up as if we were about to engage in an Indian Run, but the Pax memeber in the rear had to do 5 burpees before running to the front of the line. 4 Laps around the Track allowed each Pax member to go twice.

Mosey to Football Practice Field 

Bear Crawl 123’s: Pax partnered up, there were two cones about 10-15yds away from each other Partner #1 Bear Crawled to cone and back while Partner #2 was doing Merkins. Partners traded off until 100 Merkins were achieved. Then the same thing but with 200 Squats. Then once again with 300 LBC’s.

At this point in Time the Q had run out of pre-planned workouts with about 45 minutes to go.

15 Dips, 15 Urkins, 15 Derkins

Balls to the wall Dora: Partner #1 Balls to the wall as Partner #2 runs to the wall and back twice (The wall is less than 10yds away). Alternating until the Q deemed necessary.

20 Dips, 20 Urkins, 20 Derkins

Invisible Chair 10 count each Man

10 Burpees (In hopes of cutting the mumble chatter out)

Balls to the Wall 10 count each man 

Mosey to the Flag

1 Final Burpee because it was day #1 of the Week of The Chain Link.

Anouncments, Prayers, Ronnie B took us out in a Prayer.
