To many people YHC included get stuck in a rut aka complacency.  Life doesn’t come at you in a nice neat, organized package.  It hits you head on, some days you see it coming and others you are blindsided.  If you wait to prepare when the situation is upon you it’s too late.  I challenge each of you to find a way to get out of your comfort zone,  wether it is leading a workout aka Q or praying out loud in a group.  Whatever it my be challenge yourself.  F3 and the men of Carterico have gotten me out of my Rut.  Thank you F3Carterico

  • 10 Double wide Merkins
  • 10 regular
  • 10 diamond
  • 10 Squats
  • 10 American Hammers IC
  • Then Indian run
  • Repeat 4 times around the path

  • 50 yard Sprint exercise then 50 yard Sprint repeat till time.
  • Merkins,  Squats, LBC, IRON mikes, Mountain climbers balls to the wall, Plank, chill cut plank,

Still a lot of mumblechatter about not doing some Warm-O-Rama.  So

  • 50 – SSH IC
  • Group creation SNOW ANGELES
  • ON your six doing PRO TRACTOR called by Blue Cross while the Q called SUN GODS.  Sounds fun right.  20 SUN GODS forward 20 in reverse.
  • Then COTTON PICKERS FOR 1 MIN
