THING TWO – SLURPEE BALLS
First it was sevens, starting with 6 burpees at the top of the hill and 1 merkin at the bottom, however, the twist was that upon our return to the top of the hill for each round, we stopped for Balls-To-The-Wall with a five count for each of the eight pax.
Then it was the elevens, starting with 10 WWIs at the top of the hill and one Wojo Jump Squat at the bottom, again with Balls-To-The-Wall between each round (8 pax x 5 seconds x 16 rounds = 10 minutes and 40 seconds of Balls-To-The-Wall).
