So it’s been two years this week for Second Mile and me, two years since we showed up at The Court for The Sensation’s Q where former and almost forgotten pax members like Okinawa, O’Reilly, Sunny, Juan Pelota, Carl-E-ton, Tilikum, Trailer House and My-T-Sharp welcomed us, and two years since Big Mic and Nipple Shot kept me going when I was ready to quit twenty minutes into my first beat down. Lots of great memories have been made over the last two years on top of the workouts, including the first weight loss challenge, expanding to Beaufort and the West, launching F3 New Bern, The Sasquatch, all the ruck training and then GrowRuck 02, the BRR, the Capital Ruck Tour, the Christmas Holiday Ruck, and most recently the Palmetto 200. It has also been great just seeing photos and hearing the stories about others in our F3 pax participating in road races, GoRucks and Spartan races. So, for this Q I wanted to do a workout that was one of the more memorable ones for me, Sharknado, which Jang (now known as Ding-A-Lang) got from F3 Lake Norman and used as the welcome party for our Lukens ruck training last winter. THE THING – SHARKNADO
15 burpees then 1 lap around the Marlins parking lot, 20 diamond merkins SC then 1 lap, 20 WWIs SC then 1 lap, 20 merkins SC then 1 lap, 20 scorpion dry-docks then 1 lap
Then a short mosey to the big soccer field for 15 burpees then across the soccer field and back, 20 diamond merkins SC then across and back, 20 WWIs SC then across and back, 20 merkins SC then across and back, 20 scorpion dry-docks then across and back
We then headed back to the flag for 15 burpees then 1 lap around the tree of life, 20 diamond merkins SC then 1 lap, 20 WWIs SC then 1 lap, 20 merkins SC then 1 lap, 20 scorpion dry-docks then 1 lap
Finally, we headed to the U10 soccer fields for 15 burpees then 1 lap around the center light pole, 20 diamond merkins SC then 1 lap, 20 WWIs SC then 1 lap, 20 merkins SC then 1 lap, 20 scorpion dry-docks then 1 lap

We then had a very short mosey back to the flag where Second Mile led us in some sort of Chilcutt hip thing, however, I cannot remember the name of it.
