As a tribute to Spring Training soon opening up, the group warmed up our arms, F3 style starting with a string of Yoga poses intersperced with Merkins, then Pivot 90 degrees followed by more planking, Merkins, and Yoga stretch until we got around the compass.

A brief mosey to the batting cages where we lunged to each pole and added an additional exercise at each pole to include squats, sumo squats, mountain climbers, Bobby Hurleys.

We then went to a bb field and did a two rounds of 7 of diamonds with mountain climbers, up-downs, and burpees. Each pax teamed up with an accountability partner and learned various facts about them.

After a 1/2 hour of solid beat down we played a ultimate frisbee using a frisbee and a football at the same time for 20 minutes.

The last ten minutes were filled with a Pax choice Mary. Each pax chose an abs exercise but instead of counting they recalled what they learned about their accountability partner. The last two minutes were concluded with a round of Superman’s.

The workout concluded with a circle of trust, remembering a number of guys who are currently sick or injured.
