Then it was a short mosey to the third base dugout a/k/a Duck’s office to pick up the bricks.  The plan was Dora the Brick Bear. The plan was ruined when we got there and discovered that the bricks were gone.  Thanks, fartsacking Duck.

So “Omaha” was called and we headed to the football field sideline, meeting Pasqually along the way (and doing 8 burpees OYO) before beginning . . .

THING ONE – JUST DORA

Partner A exercised while partner B ran to the opposite sideline and back. The exercises were 100 merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 squats and 400 air presses.  We then headed to the pull-up rack for . . .

THING TWO – AMRAP

Partner A did 10 pull-ups and then WWIs amrap while Partner B ran around the 1500 building. We did this twice and then returned to the football field for . . .

THING THREE – QUARTER POUNDER, NO CHEESE

Leaving out the backwards return runs, we did the following:

@ 25 yards – 25 merkins

@ 50 yards – 50 plank jacks

@ 75 yards – 75 LBCs

@ 100 yards – 100 SSHs

With 8 minutes left, we moseyed to the benches behind the gym for . . .
