So I have this thing that happens, I stopped over thinking why. The days I think will be a total fail seem to turn out to be among the best. Probably because of the company I keep, you guys rock! I woke at 3:30 with a neck and shoulder issue, I could give Ponch bragging rights for the Mullet Wrapper beat down but certainly not blame, most likely the weather, cold sucks… But never wanting to let the brothers down, I sipped my coffee, laced up, and started the mosey toward western park and a motivated PurpleRain. By 7a the Motrin kicked in, always welcomed comic relief-mumble chatter by the BirdMan, the Weasel Shaker Blart appears and a total of 7 PAX showed up [but not Sparkles? or McSketti!!!] and it was on.

Wanting to set an example for the future VQ for HoneyWagon, and SiteQ Weinstien, I chatted and dissected the parts of a textbook F3 workout and why it works. Not saying YHC did one, just talked about it… Then off to the THANG to attempt a decent workout for all, while the QIC loosened up:

Eight PAX circled up on the line [OX skidmark] – distance of the practice field,

PAX #1 calls the method of travel to the other end [jailbreak, side step, back peddle, bear crawl, lunge, Karaoke’ [can’t do it or spell it], broad jumps, or bunny hops, Frankensteins, high knees. Once at the other end, 3 Burpees for all. Mosey back to the start for pax #1 choice of exercise. Travel other end for 2 Burbees, back for rd 2, back again for 1 Burbee, and back for another pax choice.

Rinse and repeat for PAX #2 – #8 – QIC added 2 bonus Burbees and a extra lap around the parking lot for a total of 50 Burpees, 2+ miles, and big mix of 36+ fav exercises. YHC had a fantastic morning, the double espresso was a bonus. TClaps to FOD SiteQ Linus, shows up just days after knee surgery, hangs with us and smiles the entire way, you are bad-ass bud!
