In summary, it was a good workout and a much needed, long overdue Que.  I am not a big fan of being the Que, but afterwards I always tend to feel good about myself.

Prayers were said for Mona, and immigrant’s mother in law, as well as for continued guidance and patience through life since we don’t always understand the reasons why people act the way they do, or circumstances are less than desired.
