ROLLING WARMARAMA

15 SSHs IC at the Tree of Life

15 CPs IC at Marlins Stadium

Merkin’s Dog at the Tree of Life

10 Sun Gods IC forward, 10 reverse at Marlins Stadium

We then moseyed to the east side picnic tables for . . .

THING ONE – DORA THE BEAR

One partner bear crawled from the shelter around the two trees in the middle of the parking lot and back while the other exercised for a total of 50 Derkins, 100 Irkins and 150 Dips.  We then moseyed back to Marlins Stadium for . . .

THING TWO – SLURPEE BALLS

First it was sevens across the parking lot with hand-release merkins and WWIs, with a balls-to-the-wall (5 count each) on the Marlins outfield fence between each round.

Next it was elevens with merkins and wojo squats, again with a 5 count BTTW between each round.  18 rounds of BTTW x 30 seconds each round = 9 minutes of balls.

With only three minutes left we moseyed across the big soccer field back to the flag for . . .

Peter Parkers (Jang)
