Seven strong showed to see what was in store at the Anchor B. We began with a slow mosey toward Mayberry loop with a stop for some Hillbillies, SSH, sun gods, stretches and the like. Being sufficiently warmed up, we headed back to the start for the first Thang.

The thang: We would mosey from pole to pole together doing excercises as we went, increasing at each pole to the pole number starting with 1 rep at pole 1 and finishing with 5 reps at pole 5. Rinse and repeat multiple cycles. First round was hand release merkins, then burpees, the, LSF, then LBC’s, then copperhead merkins, then copperhead squats. After 4 rounds we moseyed to the wall for peoples chair crab walk. From there to picnic shelter for dips, erkins, step ups, derkins x 15 count followed by a mosey around the tree of life and back. Rinse and repeat same exercises and round the tree again. Back to Big Rock for some partner work. Partner runs around second pole while partner performs exercises. Round 1 WWI x 100, round 2 squats x 100. Back to the wall for balls to the wall crab walk followed by peoples chair with bicep air curls.

Mary consisted of american hammer counted off by Dizzy (Good job with first time counting!) and dying cockroaches.

Despite being perhaps the busiest week of my professional life, it was a great break to be with the strong support of F3 Carterico on a beautiful morning.
