14 met at the Country Club one day B.F. We are now 11 days A.F. so I really don’t remember much about what we did, but here goes . . .

Merkin’s Dog
THING ONE – Dora the Bear with Bells On
Partner A bear crawled across the parking lot to Lassie’s orange 12 lb. kettlebell and back while Partner B performed the exercises until the partners had combined for a total of 100 kettlebell curls, 100 kettlebell overhead presses, and 100 kettlebell upright rows (switching arms every ten reps).
THING TWO
At the picnic shelter we discovered that the tables had been turned over for the storm, so an Omaha (from dips, etc.) was called. After the people’s chair, we did Diamond Merkins (10), Double Wide Merkins (10), Merkins (10) and Drydocks (10).
THING THREE – Happy Meal
We moseyed to the driving range where cones had been placed at 20 yds, 40 yds, 60 yds and 80 yds. It was still too dark for backwards runs so we ran forward both ways with 20 Merkins, 40 somethings?, 60 LBCs and 80 SSHs (I think).
THING FOUR
Alternating with your partner every twenty yards, one would do broad jump burpees while the other lunged. On the way back to the start, it was alternating bear crawls and lunges.
THING FIVE
I have a vague recollection of circling up back at the flag and doing some kettlebell swings and probably a couple of other things.
MARY
I remember it was dealer’s choice and that I called for some stretching in between.
MOLESKIN
There have been lots of incredible things written and spoken about the last 11 days by members of F3 Carterico, so I will not even try to put into my own words what it all has meant to me. Instead, I will use some of my favorite legalese to say that all those other statements are incorporated herein by reference. As always, it was an honor to lead.
