In the gloom as the pax gathered at the MCCC, swingers, of kettlebells and Hole in Noners, there was excitement in the air. As go time approached Wifi ( Q of Kettle bells) took charge of mission statement and warm-a-rama.

It went down like this…

Then it was off in our different directions

YHC had a special workout for the pax that I was introduced to during the Go Ruck Heavy, PT Test #2, aka The Deuce.

Simple in concept as most gut checking workouts are… Preform 100 burpees , Run 1 mile, preform 50 burpees, run 1 mile, complete in 35 minutes or less. There was something else that had been drilled into YHC’s head during the during the Heavy, TEAM=TOGETHER, never forget about the 6. As we moseyed away from the warm-a-rama looking for a suitable location to fit my liking on we went. YHC asked Ramses to coordinate with the satellites via his wrist computer to let me know when we had gone 1/2 mile.

When we arrived I informed the pax of the agenda, no tricks or special frills just some freakin good livin’ ! The pax would do the burpees together single count on Q’s command.

That took care of the 100 burpees, then it was time to mosey our mile and back to selected workout site. We moseyed as a pax, we there was a mix of mosey and recovery walking to keep the pax together.  Upon our return to the workout site we continued…

Time for the second mosey together as a pax to the flag. All pax pushed hard and we achieved our goal with one minute to spare. This workout is a no frills ball buster guaranteed to make you sweat! T-Claps to Revlon, posting for his second time, strong work, as you will hear and read again, It doesn’t get easier, you get stronger!

Announcements were made, QAR, Squash, something in Beaufort and something out West.

YHC asked Ramses to take all pax out in prayer including the Kettle bellers. Blart and his M were on all hearts and minds as well as the people in Hawaii.
