Blart made the call for some Moreheaders to travel west to the Knarr a few months ago. Little did I know that I would be plugged in the morning after the Super Bowl! YHC arrive early on the grounds to do some scouting and see how wet things to Newport might be. A plan was put into place was the Pax arrived. The last time I posted at Fort Benjamin, I was voting for congress.Today would be much different. #missionstatement

The Pax took a mosey down Joyce Ave for a rolling warm-a-rama. 4 stops were made. We made the turn for a Indian run on the return.

Thing 1

YHC chose the driest soccer field that could be found. A double merkin burbee ladder was called, beginning with 10, decreasing to 1. After each round, the Pax would meet at the starting point and do an exercise together. Stay off the ground!

Exercises were

  1. air squats
  2. lunges
  3. plank
  4. jump squat
  5. reverse plank
  6. alt shoulder taps
  7. star jumps
  8. prisoner squats
  9. Travoltas

Thing 2

mosey to the tennis courts for some time on the dry ground.

  1. broad jump burpee
  2. Suicide
  3. bear craw half way, 5 merkins, craw bear, 5 merkins
  4. Suicide
  5. Balls to the Wall x 2 rounds

2 minutes remaining, we did several ab exercises.

If posting in Newport, Pasq advises to wear your fishing boots, oil skins, and a pocket knife is a good idea. Thank you Blart for the opportunity. You have started a great thing here and I look forward to seeing it grow!
