YHC arrived to the Prometheus and was met by Ladybug and Buttoncap for a fun morning in Cape Carteret. The idea was to grab a quick cup of chocolate milk after the ruck, however, the Java Post doesn’t open until 6:30 so a little bit of let down at the end!

Other than that, it was the usual awesome morning of working out with F3 brothers as a quick mission statement was given and it was off across the parking lot and then down CCBap road to the Boonedocks for some Dips and Urkins and Squats. Then off to explore some roads not traveled by the water, pushing the distance to around 2 miles for a stop to get in some Hand Release Merkins, Alternating Shoulder Taps and Squats.

The return trip was on and once back to the Boonedocks, some merkins were performed with some Squats as well. Back across Hwy 24 and looping around the parking lot untl a minute of Hand Release Merkins were completed for a hard stop.

T-Claps to Lady Bug as he continues to loose weight and is pushing himself each workout, even adding on more days during the week. Buttoncap, facing the frustration of a nagging injury / health issue, continues to lead by example as he improves every day. Modifying is always ok, quitting is not!

It was a great Ruck this morning as the talk was enjoyable and the weather as well. Thanks to you guys for posting with me. Rolling Stone announcement was given, prayer request for the little girl missing and our families and then YHC took us out in prayer. Guys gotta get outta that Fartsack and post on Wednesdays. One of the coolest things you’ll do, and the workout is just the icing on the cake! Thanks for letting me lead today Buttoncap.
