Mosey to far corner of Parking Lot by Flags

20 Squat jumps OYO.   Broad jump to other end of parking lot (approx 20yds)

20 Merkins. (Lieutenant Dan back)

20 Freddy Mercury.

Then mosey’d to the visitor center  picnic tables for

2 sets of step ups, derkins, dips.

Mosey’d back to the College for another round of:

10 Dolphin Planks.    Crab walked  to other end of parking lot (approx 20yds)

20 Mountain Climbers. (Lieutenant Dan back)

20 Low Slow Flutters.

Mosey to the Wall for

Elevens on the Hill

1 Carolina Wine Mixer, Run Down Hill, 6 Star Planks, Bear crawl back up for

Back to the Flag for 5 minutes of Mary, Announcements, Prayers, and Circle of Trust.
