I salute Halftime for making the trip from Jville, or attempting, sometimes things don’t go as planned, we hope all is well friend. YHC hadn’t Q’d in a while so instincts took over, and it just seemed like the thang to do. Having never really planned a Q anyway, this was a no brainer. The PAX were very forgiving as it took a while to get the real deal going…

Mosey to the Pavilion of Pain, Dips, Erkins, Step ups/Box Jumps. To the big rope thing, Rowing, Curling moves.

Mosey to the Thang: 21’s Dips one end [20, 19, 18, etc] with an out and back sprint to keep all together WW1’s [1, 2, 3, etc] Sprints in between each, seemed to come together nicely, HoneyWagon and Onsie are now pros at counting, well done. This took iup about 30 mins, perfect, and just enough time for shoulder work!

To the tennis courts for BTTW, then a ring of fire 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 while holding plank. A quick round of Supermans to bring the shoulders back and a hard stop.

COT Prayers for many special request, and the obvious. These are the times when we may question GOD, and the plan. That’s ok, but don’t loose the faith. This is a time when it’s just not about us, perhaps if we all try to do more for others the world will be better when we get to the other side of this thing. We are F3 strong, we will get through this, and the good Lord is with us.
