14 PAX showed up with dismal conditions, good stuff! Purplerain opened with a flawless mission statement, Warm-a-Rama, and:

Thang 1 – a ton of Side Straddle Hops with a partner mosey around the building while it drizzled.

Thang 2 – Pavilion of Pain – fast pace – no break, 20 Dips IC, 20 Box jumps, 20 uneven merkins [10 each side], 20 WW1’s, ATM’s, 15 Dips IC, 15 WW1’s, 15 Box jumps. Then a pallet cleanser – 7’s -6 Burbees, 1 [x5] Copperhead Squats 5/2 [x5] etc. Then we noticed it wasn’t raining until the time was up and purpleRAIN took command again…

Thang 3 – Pre- planned cones, with jail break spints, 10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 etc, Suicide style for 15 mins

Stopped raining and YHC took the pax to the tennis courts, PeoplesChAir press until Princess and Snookie got cozy, Balls to the Walls, add worms and one hand release. Circle up for 10 mins on intense Mary, Pax choice.

Prayers for the community and all those being affected by this storm. I’m at a loss of words regarding Ponch’s friend from back home, Condolences. I do know the brotherhood of F3 has helped me through some tough times, I hope we can do the same for you.
