Mosey to the upper parking lot where started our pyramid by first doing:
10 Squat jumps OYO. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
20 Merkins. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
30 Freddy Mercury. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
40 Squats. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
50 Mountain Climbers. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
40 Low Slow Flutters. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
30 Lunges. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
20 Little Baby Crunches. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
10 Side Straddle Hops. Then 50 yards of L over R karaoke, 10 yards run, 50 yards R over L karaoke, and 10 yards backwards to the where we started.
Then…
Mosey’d to the picnic tables for two rounds of dips(30), erkins(20) and derkins(10)
Then…
Met up with the bellers for 2 rounds of Circle Merkins, before Mary
