Today is called Perfect 10, as 10 crazy men got up early, most getting in a pre workout run, posting in the gloom to get better for their families and community. Zima and Prophet joined us from off today. It’s always good to have our F3 brothers join us from out of town.

Warmarama consisted of Maytag’s longing for a Mission Statement, to which conversation was had about the discrepancy between the website and book. It also had some Sun Gods, Cotton Pickers, Good Mornings and Imperial Walkers.

Mosey over to walkway to find a spot for SC Dips x 25, Urkins x 25, Dips x 25, Urkins x 25, with a short mosey and back from another round of the same. Afterwards, 3 LBC’s, Monkey Humpers, Burpees, Merkins, Squats and Lunges were done. Mosey across Anita Force to the annex parking lot for

Perfection. YHC doesn’t like the number 6 to show up beside itself multiple times so the Beast, up one to be called Perfection. Cones set up with 3 stops going and coming (7) reps each stop. Squats, Monkey Humpers, Lunges, Burpees, Merkins, LBC’s IC. Mumblechatter about how Backup got so good at Monkey Humpers was going on strong.

F3 Starter Pack. This was the daily workout YHC did when he was getting confidence back in his knee. Starting at 10 and working down to 1, partners worked together to encourage and push each other to finish. After each set was finished, run across the parking lot and back.

Squats, Lunges, Burpees, Merkins, LBC’s (IC)

It is just tough to workout this time of the year with the heat, and a big T-Claps to the guys who were struggling this morning but didn’t quit. First time meeting Stayin Alive today, and you sir, did a great job. Tony Romo keeps stepping out of his comfort zone (still not on Saturdays though) getting better, and my partner- Backup was absolutely killing it.

Just about the entire PAX finished the circuit right at the hard stop of 6:15 and then a quick trip back across the road to the shovel flag for namarama. Couch Potato mentioned how some of our guys are really stepping up and pushing hard… keep it up guys! I’m speaking in the funeral of a good friend and pastor today, and just reminded us all that we have more inside of us that we feel like we do. And we are stronger together. Everyone had an excellent push, and whether helping with the count, pushing themselves and their partners… it was a great day on the Western end of Carterico. A Perfect 10.

Thanks for asking me to Q Sparkles. Hope the little one is feeling better.
