Jang a Lang balked on filling the opening for the Hero so ole Poca and Roon stepped in.  A well planned and precisely executed work out would follow.  Poca took the first half of the work out leading us in 13 laps around the track interspersed with exercises and cliometrics to get the blood and sweat flowing.  From there, I took the Pax to the water fountain.  Each man took a drink while we did squats up to a 100 – gotta stay hydrated!  Off to the clay pile by the baseball field for a little friendly bucket filling competition.  In two groups, teams had to run to the clay pile and carry back handfulls of clay until their bucket was filled.  From their, we took tires to the track and had a tire rolling half lap to the practice field where we split into teams again and each man had to take their tire from the 50 yard line to the goal, throw the tire through the goal, and then run it back to midfield.  After a couple rounds of this we were ready for a quick round of American Hammers to wrap up Mary.

Announcements, prayers, and then pancakes at Cox’s.  Good times and heroism showed by all!
